Every day we get loaded with work that teachers expect us to be able to get done for the next day, on top of trying to be a teenager and have a life. Mindfulness has helped me relax and find a balance between stressing, having time to work, and having fun. It has taught me to have control and to not be controlled by what 7 different people are trying to have me do all at the same time.
